#197279Kia Carnival 8 Pass This is my second time renting in Guam. I was nervous about renting this time, as I'd previously received a completely worn-out car from another rental car company. I rented a Carnival, and it was brand new. It was fantastic! My parents were also very satisfied. The airport pickup and drop-off was super convenient. I'll definitely be using it again.

#197458Versa The left and right side mirrors were different, which was a challenge. The left side mirror was narrow and appeared magnified, making it difficult to reverse park. The right side mirror, however, had the same viewing angle as Korean vehicles, so it was fine. Driving would have been easier if the left side mirror had the same viewing angle as the right.

#197119Sentra This is my 8th visit to Guam and my 8th time using Nissan Rent-a-Car. It's so convenient and great. First of all, the airport pickup and return is great... My child is in elementary school, so we use a cheap phone plan and have almost no data, but they even let us use Egg for free and upgraded the car, so it's great~ Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy this trip very comfortably^^

First of all, the pick-up and drop-off at the airport are very convenient.
Since my child is in elementary school, we use a cheap mobile plan with almost no data,
but they lent us a portable Wi-Fi (egg) for free, and even upgraded our car — it was amazing!
Thanks to that, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable trip this time too

#197627Versa Nissan rental car was very good except that the navigation response speed was slow and I often missed things. The car was comfortable and if I hadn't rented it, it would have been too difficult and inconvenient.

Taxi fares in Guam are incredibly high, so renting a car felt like a bargain. The car was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly, so I had no issues. #197295Versa We were so happy that they upgraded our car. It was clean and bug-free. They forgot to provide beach chairs and Wi-Fi, so we asked for them and they provided them. I think they could improve that. Also, the exits to the Guam airport can be incredibly confusing for first-time visitors. I understand they don't charge a fee, but it would be great if they could provide guidance on how to get there.

I really appreciated the car upgrade — it was such a nice surprise! The car was clean and completely free of bugs, which was great.
The beach chairs and WiFi egg were initially forgotten, but when we asked, they provided them right away. If that small issue is improved, everything would be perfect.
Also, for first-time visitors, the vehicle exit at Guam Airport is really confusing. I heard there’s no fee to exit, but it would be super helpful if that part were explained more clearly.

#197100Versa During my five visits to Guam, I've never rented a car from any other brand, and now I've habitually used Nissan. That's probably because they're comfortable and familiar, but of course, their competitive prices are a given. I was once again satisfied, and I'll continue to use Nissan rental cars without hesitation.

Of course, the unbeatable pricing is a given.
