Overall, the staff was friendly, airport drop off and hotel pick up were all good. However, it is suggested that we waited 15 to 20 minutes each time compared to the pick-up time!

The price is better than other places, and I don't know because I haven't used other companies, but it was very convenient in that I could pick up at the airport and get the car right away. However, it was disappointing that the Wi-Fi egg, which was available as a promotion, did not work.
