#180709Versa This is my second time using it. The vehicle was in good condition and cleaned, it was upgraded based on a 6-day reservation, and the staff were very friendly. However, the performance of the WiFi Egg that was used for the event was very poor. During my last trip to Guam, there was almost no difference in speed compared to Korea, but this time the speed was so slow that I couldn't actually use it. I went to the airport and replaced it, but it was just as slow. If only this part is improved, I plan to use it again on my next trip to Guam.

#180238Versa It was my first time in Guam, and I booked a rental car because I thought it would be similar to Jeju Island. I've barely driven a compact car, but it wasn't uncomfortable and the car was in very clean, like-new condition. The staff were very friendly and we could return it to the airport 24 hours a day, which was very convenient for us who had an early morning flight. The price was cheap and they gave me a Wi-Fi egg as a service, so I used it well. However, the Wi-Fi egg was cut off and on, but it was a service part anyway, so I was grateful to use it. One thing I would like to have is that I need to use the navigation system on my phone, but it was a little inconvenient because there was no stand. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything. Thanks to this, I was able to sightsee and eat comfortably, travel to places that were a bit far away, and shop without worrying about luggage.

#180733Sentra When purchasing a product or service, the intention to repurchase always seems to be the most important, and this is my third time using Nissan Rent-A-Car. This is my 5th time in Guam, but the first time I came without knowing anything and used the trolley. When I came to Guam the second time, I learned about Nissan and started using it. I used it again the third time, and the fourth time I used a different place because there was a cheaper place, but I made a mistake and didn't bring the voucher, so they gave me a lower class car. No matter how many times I explained that it wasn't possible, I received a lower class car, returned to the hotel, took the voucher, and went back, but I didn't receive a single apology. So in the end, I chose Nissan again this time. The best advantage is that you can pick up and return the car at the airport, and it was also really nice to be able to communicate in Korea using KakaoTalk in Korean. Next time I visit Guam, I plan to use Nissan. However, one thing that was disappointing was that there were only a few large vehicles like the Carnival. I wanted to rent a Carnival, but I was disappointed that I couldn't rent one.
