#201594Versa 1. I was flustered because the car key was a physical key in this day and age. 2. It is my fault for not inspecting the vehicle thoroughly when I received it, but they didn't inform me of the damage and forced me to take photos to verify it upon return. — Fortunately, I had full insurance, so that’s a relief. 3. The tires need to be discarded immediately, but I rented the car in that condition. (I'll be stuck with the damages if an accident happens.) The interior of the car is clean. I have used Nissan Rent-a-Car for over 10 years (I think I used it about 12 times), and I am deeply disappointed by this kind of treatment towards a long-term customer.

#201515Sentra Overall, the experience was excellent. The location was easy to find; the counter was right outside the departure lounge. I would suggest not renting a Tiida, but rather starting from the second tier. It's only $3 more, but the vehicle features are significantly different.
